As members of North Yorkshire’s Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership, all 3 and 4 year olds will be entitled to receive some of their sessions in playgroup free of charge. Children become eligible for funding in the term after their 3rd birthday. (Term dates are standardised as starting on 1st January, 1st April and 1st September.)
Funding is currently available for up to 38 weeks every year.
Fees
Fees are:
£9.00 per session until a child becomes fully funded (ie. while they are still under 3 and in the term when they have their 3rd birthday).
£9 per session for funded children who use their funding elsewhere
Fees may be paid weekly or half-termly. You will be asked which method of payment you prefer when your child starts playgroup. Please note that a missed session is not refundable.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is also available. Please contact the Chairperson or Secretary who will treat this matter confidentially and advise you accordingly.
